Ingredients for making of sauce
1. Coriander

2. Mint leaves
|
1 cup

3. Garlic
|
2 cloves
|
4. Ginger
|
1 cm cube
|
5. Black seed
|
1 tbsp
|
6. Carom Seeds
|
1 tbsp
|
7. Fenugreek
|
1 tbsp
|
8. Salt
|
As per taste

Method for making and usign of sauce
Mix all the above ingredients in jug and grind them and make a paste.
Now take 1 table spoon of this sauce with your every regular meal.
